The DIMAND team discussed with JORNext about the transformation of a landmark building and the further development of the port area. Real estate experts from the Dutch government, investment, development and construction industries, acknowledged the green tower of Piraeus as an example of the possibilities the city has to offer, but also the restrictions of a market in proximity to an area defined by its port, which can be turned into sustainable development opportunities.
