Piraeus Tower, an architectural landmark at the starting point of the Athenian Riviera, in the heart of Europe’s largest passenger port, will welcome one of the leading fashion groups in the world, as an anchor tenant.

INDITEX group, that started in 1975 with the first ever Zara store in Corunia, is now active in 216 countries, owning over 6,700 stores worldwide. In Greece, it has the following 7 chains of stores: Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Zara Home.
The agreement concerns the lease of an area of 5,850 sq.m., which will occupy space from the ground floor up to the 2nd floor, for the use of Zara and Zara Home.
“We are particularly happy that Piraeus Tower is going to host one of the fashion distribution giants of the domestic and global markets. This lease agreement, in the country’s first green certified high-rise building, will constitute an attraction pole for the city of Piraeus, strengthening the commercial activity of the region and boosting the local employment”, declared the CEO of Piraeus Tower and DIMAND, Mr. Dimitris Andriopoulos.
